Bowl

A deep wheel made bowl with prominent wheel marks inside. It has a round base, a short foot and side handles which slightly turn updward in their middle, reminiscent of wishbone handles. The bowl is the type 5 Red Slip I ( III ) decoration., in deep red lustrous slip and circular ridges along its rim. The clay is vesicular red with some grit, evenly fired medium hard. The sruface has been burnished both inside and outside. The bowl has been repaired and pieced together by different sherds. A small part of the rim remains as a sherd, parts of the wall and the one handle are missing
