Shallow basin with handle. Corrosion inside the bowl indicates where a smaller, round bottomed vessel, probably a pitcher, must originally have stood (off centre). The basin, presumably part of a bronze wine service, is quite common in grave goods, often used to hold smaller objects, as here.
