Information
A bowl of Black topped Red Polished ware decoration, typical of the Early Cypriot Bronze Age hand made pottery. The decoration was the result of planning in the firing process. The bowl has on one side of its body, a handle in the shape of a horn . There are two small holes on each of the lower sides of the spout. The middle to low body of the bowl has incised decoration of a band of vertical parallel lines. In the upper part of ithe bowl there is an incised line with interrrupted lines on each of its sides. The black upper part of the bowl is decorated with four semi circles made out of incised lines, alternated by a pattern of parallel incised horizontal lines. The interior of the bowl is black.
