Bowl

Light blue transluscent shallow glass plate, made in the glass blowing technique. The base is wide and flat with sloping sides that lead up to a splayed lip. The dish has raised circles of glass under the rim and around the edge of the base. There is a round pontil mark, left from the blowing process on the bottom of the dish.Concave base with shallow, thin ring foot, sloping rim, the edge of the glass is folded down on itself. CONDITION NOTE 1999: Iridescent, concretions, surface dirt, remnants of label on base.
