Bowl/plate

Clear emerald green glass bowl press mould made with a base ring and a folded back rim. Broken and repaired. Purchased from Mr E. E. Sellar in 1964, inherited from his father who worked on the construction of the first dam across the Nile (the Aswan low dam) built between 1898 and 1902. CONDITION NOTE 1999: Incomplete, previous repair, chipped, adhesive on surface, surface residue, surface dirt, slight iridescence.
