Broad-band arm-ring or bracelet decorated with serrated bar stamp. Penannular, with punched ornament; complete. Bent in half and flattened, it tapers evenly from an expanded mid-portion to the terminals, one of which is rounded, the other sub-rectangular in form. The outer face is ornamented with a row of vertical (transverse) bar-stamping, over-struck in places, formed with a punch with a raised median line and serrated edges, to either side of a poorly formed central diagonal cross comprising four impressions, and terminating at both ends with a diagonal cross followed by a single vertical impression. Discovered as part of the Huxley Hoard.
