Fibula, variation on the navicella fibula with strongly rhomboid bow with small knobs at the widest point. The catch is thin, elongated. Surfaces, as is common with this type, are frequently plain, or with minimal decoration; here, an X of double lines bisecting the centre of the bow. Preserves bow, part of catch.
