Bryson collection: Ismay family and the White Star Line

The documents are part of the Bryson Collection, purchased by National Museums Liverpool in 1978 from the collector Joe Bryson. It is not known how the papers came into his hands. The documents relate to the Ismay family of White Star Line and Oceanic Steam Navigation Company.
