Bufo xeros Tandy et al, 1976

A relatively large species, the dorsum is cream, pale grey-brown, red-brown or olive, obscurely patterned with symmetrical pairs of rather drab, grey-brown blotches including a pair on the upper surface of the snout. The rear of the thigh has bright scarlet markings, underside is whitish or cream, sometimes slightly mottled, the throat of the male is suffused with grey or black. Length up to 10 cm.
