Fragmentary portrait of Empress Faustina the Elder restored on a modern bust, slightly over life-sized. A very elaborate hairstyle; crimped waves, with a large bun on the crown of the head. Both ears and the lower part of the face with bust have been restored, and the face particularly has undergone rough cleaning and a rasp tool was used to smooth the surface that has peeled off
