Canal Scene

Aitken and his father James, who was also an artist shared a studio behind Lime Street railway station in Liverpool. In 1911 they moved to the Isle of Man and continued to share a studio. Both men contributed work to the album presented by the Liverpool Academy to the Alderman John Lea (1850 - 1927) in 1926.
