Canopic jar containing some remains of strong smelling black coloured resinous material. Smooth outer surface, with a few scratches. Two numbered stickers at top of jar - one "395/6" other "...82". Diameter of the base is 116 mm. Depth of interior is 146mm. Fits with jackal-headed jar no. 1973.2.348. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 59883: Limestone Jackal-headed, Qebsennuf 14 1/2 in. x 6 1/2 in. diameter.
