Canopic Jar

Canopic jar lid in the form of a baboon. It is fairly large in size, compared to the rest of the collection. The face is well carved and detailed, it is also painted in brown on surface and red on the baboon nose, chips in the surface, including above the left eye, reveal the white limestone underneath.
