Clay, with red slip, lid from a canopic jar in the shape of a head - crudely formed and hard to distinguish if animal or human. Marked by the excavator in black "300 E'06". From Esna grave number 300 E'06. CONDITION NOTE 1998: many running cracks, surface dirt, discolouration.
