Caricature of Martin Bell

This is a caricature of the Liverpool based artist Norman Martin Bell (1907 - 1970). It was previously owned by Liverpool architect Herbert Thearle (1903 - 1971). The artist was friends with both Bell and Thearle and all three where strongly connected the Liverpool School of Art.
