Centrepiece of testimonial silver
Centrepiece of magnificent parcel-gilt dinner service presented to Thomas Ismay by White Star shareholders, on board the liner Adriatic in Liverpool in 1884. It was designed by the artist G. A. Carter and made by the distinguished London Silversmiths, Hunt & Roskell and is the finest of its kind.
