Coat of Arms

A coat of arms divided into the three sections. In the largest, lower section, and eagle clutches a closed book in its talons. The eagle stands on one leg, head raised and wings partially spread. In the upper left corner is an open book which reads "Thy word is truth" and in the upper right corner is a three-masted ship with its sails furled and flags flying from the top of each mast.
