Coffin Fragment

Fragment of a coffin, one side prepared with plaster and painted with polychrome decoration over a yellow paint background. The other side is plain and shows signs of termite damage. Probably from the same coffin as fragments1973.1.657, 1973.1.661 and 1973.1.665. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Dry, light, wood, some splitting, pigment loss, surface dirt.
