Conch Shell Trumpet / Dung kar

An inscribed conch shell mounted with a copper alloy mouthpiece and a leather, coppy gilt and silver finial studded with stones. The silver and gilt wing of the conch is heavily engraved with makara's reaching for jewels, which are set with large polished glass stones.
