Peacock of Upton, Wirral and R Alison of Liverpool, 1820 - and copy of Indenture between Robert Keen of Woodchurch and Robert Monocod. Includes two copies of sketches of Ye Hole in Ye Wall pub, Liverpool and Cottages at Storeton, Wirral.
