Typed copy of a letter, dated New York, 4 August 1911, written on behalf of Mr Franklin, vice-president of the International Mercantile Marine Company to its president, JB Ismay, confirming that Franklin's suggestion for a Tuesday evening arrival in New York applied generally and was not confined to the steamer's next voyage.
