Cosmetic Dish

Circular shallow dish with a spout. There are three rectangular projections like unpierced lugs arranged symetrically to balance the spout. The surface of thestone is not very well polished. It was thought to be of Predynastic date but no comparanda for this date has been found so far and it's more typical of examples from the Ptolemaic Period.
