Information

Roughly shaped palette of semicircular shape with a small hole in the straight side. Found placed between the two shins of an adult woman. Marked by the excavator in ink: Abydos/26 1624. From Abydos tomb 1624 excavated by the Egypt Exploration Society, 1925-26, and given to the East Anglia Egyptian Society in return for their subscription.
