Cosmetic Vessel

A jar in the shape of money bag with a wide low base. The jar has a wiide mouth with a hole in the middle. The rim is broken around the edges and the colour is brownish yellow rather than the transluscent alabaster. The jar is marked in pencil with the number 811 (or 118). CONDITION NOTE 1998: Chipped rim, surface dirt.
