Cosmetic Vessel

Small heavy stone pot carved from blue anhydrite. Separate circular collar with hole at the centre, lip on the underside that slots into the top of the pot. Some scuff marks on the lower half of the pot, above the narrow base.The base is marked in pencil by the excavator with the tomb number 534 A 08. CONDITION NOTE 1998: No lid, few minor chips, some concretions, surface dirt.
