Carved stone jar of the type used for kohl eye makeup. Round label with blue border stuck to the base marked in pencil with the number 100. Compare with W. M. F. Petrie, Stone and Metal Vases (London, 1937) no. 726. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Large area of surface loss, scratched, pitted, discoloured, label adhered to base.
