Cosmetic Vessel

Tall, narrow alabaster cosmetic jar with pointed base and collar band below the rim. Very finely made with polished surface. From the Eastern Ridge (?) grave 708 A'09. Danson collection no. 289. Marked in pencil: 9 708 A'09. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Minor chip to rim and base, surface dirt, worn.
