Small jar for cosmetics, with separate lid and collar, all carved from Egyptian alabaster. Compare with W. M. F. Petrie, Stone and Metal Vases (London, 1937) no. 719. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Badly chipped, adhesive residue, discolouration, surface dirt, pitted.
