Vase of grey/white hornblende diorite with bands. Small, squat shaped with flat bottom and flanged rim. Most of the rim is missing. Excavated by John Garstang's team at Abydos Tomb 24 A'06, chamber C, burial ii - the burial of a female lying half on her back and left side.

CONDITION NOTE 1998: Chipped rim, label adhered, base is discoloured with patches of staining , some running cracks.
