Cup, ovoid narrowing to rimless mouth, flaring base. Brown slip. Marked in black 'Egypt'. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Pitted, adhesive residue, surface dirt. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum: 125535: VASE. Terra cotta, ovoid body, wide mouth, narrow base. (Slightly chipped). 3¼" high X 1 7/8" diameter at mouth. Early Egyptian. Purchased at Glendinnings, 1 November 1932 Lot 392.
