Small blue faience thimble shaped cup with flat base. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Large area of surface loss, cracked, pitted, worn, surface loss. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 30920: "Light blue glazed faience cylinder vase, 1" high. Caulderon shaped vase 1" high in worn greenish-blue faiene, 2 holes pierced for suspension, 1 1/8" high 1¼" diameter". Purchased at Sotheby's, London, 11 November 1924 Lot 66.
