Coin of Ptolemy IV, Philopator (Loving His Father); Born c.238 BC, died 205 BC; Became king of Egypt in 221 BC.
Mint: Alexandria
Obverse: a horned head of Ammon right wearing taenia, dotted border.
Reverse: an eagle with closed wings unusually turned to the right standing on thunderbolt,cornucopia in right field, dotted border around.
There is no obverse Inscription, however the reverse inscription reads:ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ
