Coin of Ptolemy II Philadelphus (Brother-Loving); Born 308 BC, died 246 BC; Became king of Egypt in 285 BC Mint: Alexandria Obverse:diademed and horned (?) Ammon head right, dotted border; Reverse two eagles with closed wings standing left on two thunderbolts can be seen There is no obverse Inscription, however the reverse inscription reads:ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣ[ΙΛ]ΕΩΣ
