Obverse: head of Ammon turned to the right wearing taenia and dotted border.
Reverse; eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt, cornucopiae in left field, M (?) between eagle's legs and a dotted border around can be seen
There is no obverse Inscription, however the reverse inscription reads: ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ M
Found in the cave of Dionysus, Syracuse.
