Obverse: diademed head of Ptolemy I right, with aegis, dotted border.
Reverse: eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt, regnal year in left field LIΔ (14), 38 BC, ΠΑ in right field, dotted border (?) can be seen
There is no obverse Inscription, however the reverse inscription reads: [ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ] LIΔ ΠΑ
