Derbyshire Cottage, Birthplace of the Artist (?)

James Bourne (1773 - 1854) was a watercolour landscape painter. The title of this watercolour traditionally suggests it is his birthplace, a cottage in Derbyshire, but Bourne was born in Dalby in east Lincolnshire, far from the Derbyshire border.
