Jasper faience amulet in the form of a djed-pillar, both a symbol of the god Osiris and a hieroglyphic sign which means ‘enduring’, ‘stable’ and similar concepts. No piercings. Possibly an inlay. Sticker on the back with the number 24 (Sir Currie's collector number?).
