Ear Ornament

Earring constructed of gold wire and sheet. Spirally twisted wire forms the hoop of the earring, ending in a flared cuff from which emerges a dolphin’s head carved in dark red garnet. Filigree of fine, twisted wire for a border on the cuff, backed by a row of tongue-pattern.
