Egyptian alabaster hemispherical form ear stud. In shape the piece resembles a papyrus column with widely flaring umbel.
From the British School of Archaeology in Egypt 1907 excavations at Deir Rifa, tomb no. 152, along with a scarab shaped seal with the throne name of Hatshepsut of the 18th Dynasty.
