Information
One part of a boss ear stud, finely carved from Egyptian alabaster. Hemispherical form, backed with a hollow shaft to fit around the point on the other element.
CONDITION NOTE 1998: Worn, surrface dirt.
Gatty Slip (1873): Seven alabaster studs in shape of mushrooms, used for ear ornaments - Four have only the circular tops.
