Early Autumn

Hime married at an early age and started his artistic career at Bettws-y-Coed, but later settled in Liverpool. He was a well known and well respected artist in the city and was a regular contributor to the Liverpool Autumn Exhibition where he exhibited up until his death. He also exhibited at the Manchester City Gallery, Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists, Royal Cambrian Academy and the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour. He was a member of the Liver Sketching Club where he was a committee member.
