Equestrian Statuette of Napoleon I

Lever was very interested in the French Emperor Napoleon I. He collected lots of images of him and various objects from the time Napoleon lived. This statuette is a small version of a sculpture in the Place de l’Hotel de Ville in Rouen, France, and shows Napoleon I sitting on a rearing horse.
