Eye Inlay

Inlay in the shape of an eye from a coffin or statue. White Egyptian alabaster with a cavity at the middle that once held a dark stone to mark the iris. Date uncertain. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Incomplete, chipped, surface dirt, adhesive on surface.
