Carved wooden figure in the form of a mummified falcon. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Incomplete, large areas of surface loss, paper label adhered, chipped, split, surface dirt. Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 95812: HAWK Wood, carved and painted. Damaged. 5 ½" x 10" x 3 ½" Egyptian. Purchased at Stevens', London, 23 - 24 September 1930 Lot 774.
