Feldspar Artefact

Fragment of green feldspar collected at Tell el Yahudiya by Rev. Greville John Chester who also sold two other fragments of feldspar t othe British Museum in 1876 (museum no. EA48653). It has previously been described as amazonian stone. Perhaps part on architectural inlay?
