Fig seeds. Collected at the pyramid town of Lahun by W. M. Flinders Petrie, 1889-90. Kept within a glass test tube with cork stopper. Annotation in black on the cork by Percy Newberry: "XII Kahun Fig". CONDITION NOTE 1998: Old insect infestation, surface dirt, fragile and fragmenting. Dimensions are for the container.
