Blue glazed faience finger ring with openwork bezel in form of the Eye of Horus (wedjat), a symbol which offered protection to the wearer.
Find number 23/369: From the Egypt Exploration Society excavations at Tell el-Amarna, 1923. Marked in ink 369 (indicating it is from the Main City, area Q44.4).
CONDITION NOTE 1998: previously repaired, surface dirt, worn.
