The Four Continents with Oval Landscape Cartouche and Horse, Lion, Leopard and Camel

Satin worked with silk in long and short, satin,split ,running stitches and a variety of chain and couching stitches. There are applied canvas motifs in tent and rococo stitches with applied spangles, purl and French knots. Also some cut silk pile and raised figures padded with dyed wool and covered in detached buttonhole stitch.
