Funerary Cone of Amenhotep

Pottery funerary cone, stamped on the round end with the name and title of the deceased. The hieroglyphic inscription reads: “Overseer of crafts of Min and of Isis, Amenhotep justified, his wife, mistress of the house, Kedetmeret" [jmj-rA Hmwt n mnw n Ast jmn-Htp mAa-xrw snt=f nbt pr qdt-mrt]. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Incomplete, chipped, pitted, surfacen dirt.
