Funerary Cone of Hori

Pottery funerary cone, stamped on the round end with the name and title of the deceased. The hieroglyphic inscription reads: “Revered one before Osiris, overseer of the works of Amun in Luxor temple, Hori justified" [jmAxy xr Asjr jmj-rA kAt n jmn m jpAt rsjt Hrj mAa-xrw]. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Incomplete, chipped, pitted, surface loss, surface dirt.
